Short-cut
keys on the keyboard when using software such as Word, Excel, or even emails
can be a quicker way to get what you want.
Most shortcut keys are a combination of the “CTRL” key and a letter or
number key, and often are pretty obvious, though occasionally not where you
would think. Here are some shortcut keys you can use at any time.
[CTRL] + P =
Print
[CTRL] + Z =
Undo
[CTRL] + Y =
Redo
[CTRL] + C =
Copy
[CTRL] + V =
Paste
[CTRL] + B =
Bold
[CTRL] + S =
Save
F7 =
Spellcheck
These are
just a few of the many shortcut keys you can use to quicken up the job. It may
take a few times to remember to use them, but as you get used to it, you will
be surprised on how much time and effort you will save.
