We are looking for a part-time male camp counsellor for the
summer. Do you know a mature young man over the age of 17 who loves

SUMMARY
As part of a dynamic team, the Camp Counselor
is responsible for the effective delivery of recreational programming for
children ages 6 – 8 years. Day camps are
offered July and August.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver programming with a focus on physical activity and fun:
Create a warm, safe and
enjoyable environment for participants;
- Provide ongoing communication with parents/guardians of participants;
- Use the camp curriculum to provide children opportunities to be physically active and engaged in creative and fun craft projects;

Act as a role model for
participants and volunteers;
- Be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment;

and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· CPR-C and First Aid certification (mandatory)
· Valid Criminal Record Check (mandatory)

- Early Childhood Development
